34 Days. Big Changes.

34 days is the timeframe between these photos: Nov 6th → Dec 10th. I didn’t skip out on bread or desserts. I didn’t count calories. I didn’t even exercise once. I did enjoy all of my favorite foods, some adult beverages, and I took my all-natural peptides daily. My energy & motivation are up. My scale & inflammation are down.
